My yoga classes combine traditional poses with flowing movement to improve cardiovascular health, strength, and stamina. A range of poses our offered for each posture to suit different body types and experience levels. Ninety minute classes give you plenty of time to warm up, stretch deeply, and feel the restorative effects on both body and mind.
